A sophisticated scent inspired by grace and redemption. Opens with a delicate sweetness that softly envelops the senses, leading into a warm, balsamic heart where rich amber resins create a luxurious depth. Powdery vanilla adds a velvety softness, while subtle hints of fine woods and cinnamon lend complexity and warmth. Forgiveness leaves a lasting impression of understated elegance, capturing the quiet power of true grace.
When she heard the news that the Messiah, the one who saved her life from every stone that could have condemned her, was coming as the highest honored guest during a meal she was to serve. With her gratitude and thanksgiving for this man who carried such a great mystery amongst the people, Miriam took on such a courageous and bold motion in the presence of those who looked down on her. She came to the table prepared to honor someone most deserving of being acknowledged and, most of all, ministered to. She was a woman against the wall as a servant ready to give everything to a King no matter the cost. She wept every tear to embrace how much she had missed such a love that she had been seeking. Miriam was utterly exhausted from holding onto significant burdens and infirmities. She was ready to release and let go of anything to capture a lightness from what was once heavy. This woman knew it would cause shame from the presence of those around her in a home that wasn’t even hers. Yet, she still chose to come to the One who saw her heart and every piece of brokenness. There was something inside of her that made Him worth her whole life. Despite the awkwardness and judgment at the table, she didn’t stop washing the feet of our Jesus with such beautiful fragrance. While dining in the aromatic room, Jesus smelled the familiarity and acknowledged her! He indeed saw who she was, and although she washed under His feet, she discovered a more excellent washing. A washing that purified her white as snow. A covering that protected her from every offense. Miriam experienced deliverance that evening. Every sin was forgiven, and her heartfelt conviction was to turn away from anything without Him. That given time, she had surrendered entirely all she once was and followed Him for the rest of her life.
